2020 Section Conference (CANCELLED)

The 2020 Section Conference has been moved to November 20-22, 2020. If you already registered, your registration has been transferred to the new date automatically at your original registration price.

All participants will be required to be medically checked before departure.  Do not send a sick child or adult to this large gathering. Additional re-training on hygiene and hand washing will be conducted as a Lodge by our contingent medical officer.

All members must have their 2020 Dues Paid in order to attend any Lodge Event.

The lodge is subsidizing the cost of this event to encourage more people to attend. The Early Bird cost is $30 and includes a Patch and a Shirt.

Early Bird pricing ends on October 1st at 11PM.
On-Time price of $40 is good from October 2nd to November 1st at 11PM.
Late pricing is $50 and ends on November 12th at 11PM.

Members who do not register with the lodge by November 12th will need to pay late fees and register ON-SITE. Those members are not guaranteed Lodge patches or shirts.

Each Chapter will coordinate transportation for their members. If you are interested in car pooling, contact your Chapter Chief or Chapter Advisor right away.
