Haunted Forest Staff Meals and / or Brotherhood Conversion – October 24-26

OA Members will receive an email from the chief with a registration link. Do not share this link with non OA members!

Non-OA Scouts who wish to volunteer must be at least 13 and approved and invited by their local chapter. Please contact them and they will provide you with the registration link.
If you register without being approved by the adult chapter advisor, your registration will be voided!

Any brother or invited volunteer must register for the Fellowship online by October 17th. THERE IS NO ONSITE REGISTRATION!
All fellowship participants must camp with the chapter they are volunteering with. Non Fellowship participants must register to camp as a unit on the Haunted Forest Weekend Registration and camp with their unit.

The Chapter Advisor must be aware of all volunteers working with their chapter, and have current medical forms and contact information for them. Anyone under 21 is expected to stay on-site at all times unless the Chapter Advisor has given permission to leave camp.

Registration costs – $32 (includes fellowship, meals and staff patch.)

Location – Camp Elmore, 3551 SW 142nd Ave, Davie, FL 33331 (US).

If you went through your ordeal in April 2025 or before, you can seal your ties in Brotherhood at the Haunted Forest on Friday night. You are expected to work on Saturday to support the event.
